Your AI Email Assistant Isn't Actually Doing Your Email

Built around AI summaries and bundled conversations. Strong for people drowning in threads — it collapses the noise and surfaces what matters. Like Superhuman, it accelerates the work of reading and responding. You're still the one doing it.

SaneBox

The Reddit user running two tools simultaneously probably has a Camp 2 problem. They added Shortwave to Superhuman hoping the combination would feel like someone else handling their email. It doesn't — because both tools are still fundamentally asking you to show up.

The question worth asking before you buy any of these tools: do I want to spend less time in my inbox, or do I want to not be the one managing it?
